Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds

We will do everything we can to keep you satisfied as our customer, including replacing or refunding your purchase of products that are damaged or defect, and products that otherwise are not delivered according to the information stated in your written order to us.

To complete your return or refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Send this to wwrwebshop@gmail.com, together with your claim.

Upon our confirmation by email of having received your claim, please send your purchase back to the address given at your order confirmation, unless another address is given in our confirmation to your claim.

To be fully replaced or refunded, the returned product has to be in its original condition, with no damages or missing parts for reasons not due to  our error.

Purchases made from EU/EEA countries

For purchases made from EU/EEA countries, a 14 days cooling off period applies. This means that you have the right to:
  • cancel your order within 14 days after placement of the order to us, and get a full refund of the paid amount, or
  • return the product within 14 days after you have received it, and get a full refund of the paid amount.
Upon request we will send you a standard EU cancellation form by email. This form is however not needed from our side, if a reference to your purchase information, including purchase/confirmation order number, is given in your email for cancellation.

If a return is made based on the 14 days cooling off period described above, you will need to pay the shipping cost for the return yourself.

Refunding based on the rules for cooling off period will be made within 14 days after having received the cancellation or returned product. For other refunds, see below.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After being approved, your refund will immediately be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Who pays shipping costs for returns

You will initially have to pay for the shipping cost for return to us. However, if the product delivered from us to you was damaged or defect upon delivery to you, or otherwise not delivered according to the information stated in your written order to us, we will refund the shipping costs for the return.

For returns by other reasons than this, you will need to pay for the returns yourself (i.e. returns according to EU/EEA rules for 14 days cooling off period - see above)

How long time does it take to get a replacement for a returned product

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can unfortunately not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
